Mayu's Story

Hey! The name's Mayuran and I love writing.

I got into Content Marketing an year ago and fell in love with it.

But everywhere I looked, it felt like the career advice I read was missing something.

​

"How do I learn the skills I need to be a legitimate content marketer?"

​

"How do you get experience without a job?"

​

The lack of solid answers set me on a path to doing what I do best: nothing.

​

In an industry that moves fast and breaks things, I moved slow and barely broke anything (my heart doesn't count.)

I decided to document my journey here so I could learn the skills that'd make me a great marketer.

​

And so the next person trying to break into the industry learns my favorite lesson: doing something is always better than doing nothing.
